Tattoo Aftercare

  1. Now your tattoo is complete it is your responsibility, you've gone through the pain and spent the money its worth the time to look after it. The better a tattoo is kept during the healing process the better the brighter the end result.

  2. If your new tattoo has been covered gently remove the dressing after a minimum of three hours (preferably leave it on overnight) if the dressing feels like it is sticking at all, wet with lukewarm water and carefully remove.

  3. Always make sure your hands are clean before touching a fresh tattoo, your tattoo should be cleaned 2 - 3 times daily, to do so gently wash with lukewarm water with your hand and pat dry with a clean towel.

  4. After tattoo has been washed apply a small amount of after-care, gently rub into tattoo making sure excess is wiped away with a clean cloth. We recommend using THC aftercare balm although there are other alternatives, any which used are at customers own responsibility.

  5. It is usual for your tattoo to form a mild scab, do not pick or scratch the scab, as this will impair the finished result. Your tattoo should heal within 7-10 days please take the up most care within this time to keep your tattoo clean, and away from any dust or dirt, oils or grease.

  6. If required, apply a moisturizing lotion 2-3 times a day to your tattoo once all the scabbing has naturally fallen off, repeat until skin is supple.
